Up Your Performance Basketball Academy ("UYP," "we," "us") operates upyourperformance.org. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site and what we do with it.

When you fill out a contact form, use the chat widget, or reach out about camps, club teams, or training, we collect the information you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to share about your athlete.
2. Information collected automatically
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising and show UYP ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited this site. These tools collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and an online identifier. If you decline, these tools are not loaded and this information is not collected.
3. Chat widget
Our website chat is provided by a third-party service. Messages you send through it are processed by that provider on our behalf.
4. Registration and payment
Registration for camps, teams, and training may take place on third-party platforms that we link to. Those platforms handle that information under their own privacy policies. We do not collect or store payment card information on this site.
5. How we use information
To respond to inquiries, provide and administer our programs, communicate about schedules and events, improve the site, and measure and deliver our advertising.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as analytics, advertising, chat, and registration platforms, and when required by law.
7. Children
UYP serves youth athletes, and we expect that parents and guardians, not children, will use this website to contact us and register. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this site.
