UYP Elite is the club experience empowered by Up Your Performance Basketball Academy. Our overall mission is to continue our players' development during the high school off-season.  This will consist of high intensity skills training, IQ development in team practices, and high competition at AAU tournaments.

GIRLS:

• JV - 2  practices of one hour and thirty minutes a week
• Varsity Team - 2  practices of one hour and thirty minutes a week

Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30-7:00pm

• Frosh Team - 2  practices of one hour and thirty minutes T&TH 5:30-7:00pm

• Varsity Team - 2  practices of one hour and thirty minutes T&TH 7:00-8:30pm
