## Business Overview

Up Your Performance (UYP) is the premier youth basketball training academy and club team organization in Orange County, CA. Founded by Carlos, UYP is dedicated to elite, evidence-based basketball development for student-athletes ages 6-18. The academy bridges the gap between recreational youth leagues and competitive high school/college basketball. UYP has trained over 2,000 local athletes.

## Core Services

1. **Youth Basketball Club Teams:** Competitive travel teams (AAU style) for boys and girls. Focused on high-level competition, basketball IQ, and college exposure. 

2. **Seasonal Basketball Camps:** High-intensity summer, fall, and winter camps in Irvine. Camps focus on elite skill development, shooting mechanics, and live-game application.

3. **Elite Skills Training:** Private and small-group training utilizing NCAA and NBA-proven development frameworks.

4. **Friday Night Hoops:** A dedicated local youth basketball league and weekly training environment in Irvine.

5. **The Spencer Levy CheckUp:** A premium, comprehensive film review and analytics breakdown service modeled after NBA front-office evaluations.

## Proven Player Development Framework

UYP utilizes a proprietary development system that has tracked verifiable statistical growth in players across high school, NCAA Division 1, and the NBA. 

* **Notable Alumni/Framework Proofs:** Jaylen Nowell (NBA), Kennedy Chandler (SEC/NBA Draft Pick), Terrell Brown Jr. (Pac-12), Zyon Pullin (SEC).
